Among her core values of integrity, showing compassion, building relationships, and loving yourself, she believes that your overall health will determine the quality of your life.

Over the years of building and cultivating relationships with many women (friends and acquaintances), she wanted to make a safe space for women to be able to be around women with like minds or those who they would aspire to be like and possibly to grow with. She considers herself to be a professional listener and a lover of people. She prides herself in being a servant leader and living a life of service through philanthropy.

As a businesswoman and mother, she has had to evolve and redefine who she is and change as seasons change. Life has not always been easy, and it has come with experiences that could be considered good, bad, and ugly. However, Coach Ashley D has always believed in being consistent and persevering.

Coach Ashley D believes in motivating, uplifting and empowering others to be their best self and push others who need help in figuring out their purpose. She believes that everyone has a purpose and she desires to help those find the best of them and share their gifts with the world. Manifesting the life you want is possible. Defining your level of success and reaching that goal is important to her. Helping others win at life and transforming lives makes it worth her while and brings her peace, love, and joy.

Casia Cook- Secretary

Casia Cook is a Mental Health Expert, Women’s Advocate, Motivator, Community Enthusiast, and entrepreneur who projects a high level of technical competence, self-confidence, authority, and enthusiasm in doing what she knows how to do best.

In her career years, she was instrumental in the mental health sector; offering dynamic, unique, and quality service programs. She served as the Executive Director of Adversities N’ Time, where she provided a safe platform for advocacy, planning, and management of the psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented system of care. Moreover, she excelled in the provision of quality services through her team of qualified professionals and network of community partners.

Despite her kind and easygoing demeanor, no one doubts her authority; she is fierce and decisive when she needs to be. The reason she was recognized as a national leader with an excellent work ethic. With Adversities N’ Time, she was able to balance the spirit of community regulations with the difficulties of life during times of adversity. Thereafter, she expanded in her mission and established Adversities N’ Time Almost Home Housing Program to cater to the homeless population in Southern Nevada.

Having struggled with her own insecurities as a woman, mother, sister, and friend, as well as dealing with the heartache that comes with the murder of her grandmother and auntie, Casia learned to be strong as she rose above every circumstance. Also, she has experienced poverty, low self-esteem, and depression brought on by unfavorable life situations. However, she learned to use her challenges as a stepping stone for her.

Now, she has dedicated her life to empowering women on how to effectively navigate through difficult life situations to become the very best version of themselves. She’s an exemplary teacher who uses her life experiences to help others persevere through their own moments of uncertainty.

Casia is happily married to her best friend, Joseph Cook, and together they have four beautiful children. As creative professionals, craving to make a difference in the community, Casia and Joseph Cook recently established a Franchise in North Las Vegas NV. The couple came up with the concept of starting the restaurant business during the pandemic to provide their community with gainful employment. They commit themselves to providing exceptional management and fun vibe services that keep local people returning and guests raving to the restaurant.

Casia believes in her motto: The Recipe To life is adversity in time it will all make sense.
